Andy is a C-Suite operating executive who is a catalyst for building market value for growth stage technology companies.
Andy has over 40 years of experience across a diverse range of technology industries around the world including, Telecommunications, Consumer Electronics, Software, SaaS, IOT and Industry 4.0. He has held numerous CEO roles with global businesses. Some of the companies he has led are Expona Global Sourcing, Geos Communication, Radware, Inc, RadioShack Corporation and TargetPath, Inc.
A charismatic visionary, Andy forms partnerships with company leaders at the highest levels. He anticipates enterprise/market needs, and identifies creative ways to address these needs by forming strategic alliances via his extensive network, and creatively solving problems with his business development mindset.
Andy is passionate about building high functioning teams, creating the right environment for talent to move toward their potential and surpass objectives. He is an effective servant leader who leads by example, motivates teams to grow and collaborate so One+One has a multiplier effect.

Ramesh Singh

Ramesh is a serial entrepreneur who has started and sold numerous successful technology companies. His sweet spot is creating vision & video processing semiconductor solutions, developing strategies to establish and grow companies, building teams to execute and driving synergistic technology adoption. Ramesh can dream it - and turn that dream into reality.
An electrical engineer, Ramesh has dedicated his 40+ year career to semiconductors, systems, software and manufacturing. He co-founded MediaQ, Inc - which delivered multi-media solutions for mobile products and was the first to enable cameras in mobile phones. MediaQ was acquired by Nvidia, Inc. Ramesh then co-founded Nethra Imaging, Inc. - which provided multiple generations of image processing solutions. Nethra was acquired by Imagination Technologies, Inc. Ramesh is an investor and highly respected C-Level advisor to emerging technology companies.

Jan has spent her 30+ year career figuring out the best ways to persuade others to feel, think and do things that will drive growth for brands and companies. She has worked with some of the best brands in the world - touching everything from product conceptualization to commercialization. But she is most proud of helping people on her team grow and succeed personally and professionally.
Jan has worked for Leo Burnett Advertising (Pillsbury, Keebler, McDonald’s, Oldsmobile, and Hallmark accounts); Ford Motor Company, where she led all the advertising for Ford in the US and was VP of Global Marketing; Young & Rubicam Brands relationship marketing for Microsoft; Scotts Miracle-Gro brand marketing, established the sustainability initiative for the company, and helped regionalize/localize marketing; Rug Doctor carpet cleaning systems company transformation - new products (machines and chemicals), new markets, new branding, new advertising, new distribution channels, new team, new agency. For One + One, Jan helps with marketing strategy, demand generation and helps create sales materials.

Based in Sri Lanka, Mangala is a multinational executive with deep knowledge and experience in Asia and a track record of successfully managing P&L’s for diverse strategic businesses with B2B, B2C and B2B2C products. Mangala is a strategic thinker and fast adopter of new technology. Arnold Hoh

Based in Singapore, Arnold has 30+ years of sales and business development experience in global industrial and consumer electronics, much of which was leading start-ups and growth stage companies. Arnold has a proven track record for driving record-setting revenue growth by establishing repeatable processes for success and setting protocols in place to ensure team alignment around goals.
Arnold has worked in large multinational organizations like Siemens EC, and Chi Cheng Enterprise Co.,Inc. He is also a tireless entrepreneur. Arnold co-founded a bluetooth design house which was acquired in 2009 by a Taiwanese CM, and an Optics technology company, Moveon Technologies Pte Ltd. based in Singapore which supplies products to world-leading consumer and automotive companies. Main product lines are micro molded lenses and nano imprint lenses with precision nanometer accuracy.
Recently, Arnold tripled global sales over seven years for an $800 million company that manufactures premium headphones for global brands like Bose, B&O, GN Netcom and Logitech. Arnold is helping One+One Clients expand distribution and penetrate the Asian market.

Dave Island

Dave is a Sales and Business Development Leader with over 30 years of experience in technology – namely complex networking products, wireless infrastructure, enterprise IT and Security. Dave has held executive roles in multiple start-ups – driving revenue from zero through IPO. He has also led teams in large companies including Alcatel, Alcatel Lucent, Cisco and Avaya.
Dave splits his time between South Florida and the Dallas area where he competes in water skiing at the regional and national level with his son and daughter-in-law who are on the pro tour. As a Naval Academy graduate and U.S. Navy veteran, Dave is active in alumni and veteran events.

Prior to this role, David’s multi-dimensional experience at TELUS included Chief Procurement Officer & Global Head of Supply Chain, President of Employer Solutions/Financial Solutions/Partner Solutions.
David was a co-founder of GoCo, which was born through the acquisition of 6 technology companies focused on the SMB marketplace driving SDWAN, Security and UC Solutions.
David is based in Toronto, Canada. He received a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and ACC.DIR designation from the Chartered Governance Institute. His extensive board of director roles span a wide array of Fortune Global 500 companies to start-up organizations.

His most recent venture he successfully exited after creating the PayFac Lite model in the Payment Facilitation space. This is now the preferred adopted model for ISVs in payments. His depth in Integrated Payments has marked him as the industry “go to” for Payment Industry Veterans. He is a merchant advocate that constantly strives for technology innovation.

John received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University. He has an MS in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA in Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Amy Osteen

Amy supports One+One’s legal day-to-day operations, investor relations, and risk assessment. She also works with One+One’s clients to strengthen their legal operations and to facilitate international growth.
Amy has spent 20 years managing a broad range of legal affairs for local and global enterprises. She founded OutsideCLO, PC, a collection of former General Counsel professionals who act as an interim and/or fractional attorney to hyper-growth tech companies.
Previously, Amy was Chief Legal Officer of Rug Doctor, a global market leader in consumer carpet cleaning systems, and General Counsel of Zimbra, Inc., a VMware product, where she was responsible for all legal aspects of Zimbra's 100 million+ end users. As Assistant General Counsel of ORIX USA for 10+ years, Amy focused on M&A, portfolio investments, litigation, and financial product compliance of more than $400 billion of assets under management.
Amy is recognized as one of Texas's most influential attorneys, most notably the only woman finalist for the Regional Director of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Fort Worth Office under President Obama. Amy is also a member of the Texas and USPTO bars and on the Emerging Leaders Board of her alma mater, Southern Methodist University.
